This is a long form text area designed for The beauty of the Crucifixion is something far beyond what I can understand. It goes deeper in its dynamics of the nature of God, His justice and His mercy than the seeming simplicity of the story of Christ. I know I was always one to take its depth and meaning to be a fable of the fools.
But when I experienced the holiness of God, of the Trinity, I saw the greatest act of humility, mercy and the word so flippantly used; love. That I could be murderer of murderer’s and because of You, I can ask for forgiveness and be saved of myself. That I could not just be forgiven but that I, evil as I am as a human could be considered…holy. Because You, the only one to ever defeat death has conquered the grave and went before me so that I wouldn’t have to? I know of no story like this. And of no one like this.
You can search throughout the whole world and you will never find it. Because it can only be one place. It is in the nailed hands and in the nailed feet of Jesus Christ. But why don’t we ask ourselves who was Jesus? He was meek yes, humble, loving and merciful and yet, He carried the scepter of truth and justice. He was the voice of Truth and an advocate for the weak and His heart was for the people. But most of all He was the Son of God, the spotless lamb chained, beaten, bruised and hung as a criminal without any anger in His heart because He loved you so much.
“So when He had washed their feet, and taken His garments and reclined at the table again, He said to them, “Do you know what I have done to you? “You call Me Teacher and Lord; and you are right, for so I am. “If I then, the Lord and the Teacher, washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another’s feet.”For I gave you an example that you also should do as I did to you.”- John 13:12-15 “For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many.” -Mark 10:45
The Message of Christ’s offering of salvation is “that if you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.” – Romans 10:9-10
When I decided to give my life to Christ, I experienced a new life when I was born again into the Holy Spirit and was proclaimed a new creation in the eyes of God. I gave my life up as a Satanic witch of 6 years and I walked down the isle as a Bride of Christ. I thought I had everything but I was a dead man with false power.
I learned the meaning of letting go and allowing my spirit to be replaced with the Holy Spirit. For there is power in it. There is true power when one walks in Jesus Christ. “For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.” -Matthew 16:25
“What will it profit a man if he gains the whole world, yet forfeits his soul? Or what can a man give in exchange for his soul?” -Matthew 16:26
" What shall we say about such wonderful things as these? If God is for us, who can ever be against us? Since he did not spare even his own Son but gave him up for us all, won’t he also give us everything else? Who dares accuse us whom God has chosen for his own? No one—for God himself has given us right standing with himself. Who then will condemn us? No one—for Christ Jesus died for us and was raised to life for us, and he is sitting in the place of honor at God’s right hand, pleading for us.
Can anything ever separate us from Christ’s love?" -Romans 8:31-39
